STUDENT COUNCIL ELECTIONS:
As you know, the Student Council elections are being held on May 11, 2023, during the lunch period. Additionally, candidate speeches are going to be delivered on May 4, 2023, during chapel.  To be very clear, candidates run for individual offices and students vote for each office separately. Furthermore, candidates have not in the past and may not run as an organized party. The ballot is secret and will have the seven offices and the candidates for the office listed separately. The seven offices are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, At Large C3 Social/Educational Events Planner, At Large C3 Charitable Events Planner, and Middle School Delegate.

We ask that students refrain from discussing the elections during class time and always be respectful of the candidates running and our fellow students.

To vote in the elections, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a current CCS student
  • Parents will not be allowed to vote
  • Must be 11 years old by 5/11/2023 – Election day
  • Each student may vote only once
  • Voting is written and by secret ballot
  • Students will vote for one candidate per office
  • No write-in candidates will be considered

The Election will take place May 11, 2023 during lunch period.  Secret ballots will be used.
